1, AAC Block production process

2, AAC Block Prodoction process brief introduction
1.Raw material storage and treatment

Fly ash and gypsum pulping process, Sand and gypsum form mixed slurry according to a certain proportion, and pump into the tank for storage.
(2) Quick lime
Quicklime carry to factory by truck, and discharged into stacked pile, blocked quicklime crushed by jaw crusher and convey to warehouse, then the lime convey to closed mill for grinding, after grinding, fine lime transport to lime hopper.

2. Ingredients, Mixing, Pouring
